PlanetBroker, real estate with a sense of direction

1. Who is PlanetBroker?

PlanetBroker.com is the result of a passion for technology and a profound interest in real estate. We are Information Technology people that work with real estate professionals and homeowners who want to sell or rent property, and market their services on the internet. We are not realtors and therefore do not compete with you.  Our objective is to become your IT partner.       

2. Is PlanetBroker.com free? 

PlanetBroker is free to register. If you want to list a property you will need to select one of our feature-rich products that are priced on a monthly basis. They are located at List A Property.  If you are not sure which product to select make sure to look at our demos for more details.

3. How do I upload my listings to the PlanetBroker platform? 

It's pretty simple.  If you subscribe to one of the three packages you can upload in one of two ways; using the "Add a Property listing" link from the "My Account" page, or by setting up your data feed to upload properties via the PlanetBroker API.  The PlanetBroker API specifications can be found at API Download.

4.  Does PlanetBroker share or sell information about their users? 

We keep our users information private and won't sell it to a third-party.  To learn more about how user information is used please visit our Privacy Policy.

5. What happens if I am having problems with my account?

If you are having problems with your account please send an email to support@planetbroker.com identifying the issue or question and we will log it into our ticketing system.  Our ticketing system allows us to resolve your item in an organized and expeditious manner.

6. Aside from your product offerings does PlanetBroker offer carte blanche service?

We believe PlanetBroker has a product mix that is feature-rich and over time will become unrivaled in the real estate industry as we add more functionality to our application.  With that being said, we still believe listening to our customers is the most prudent way of delivering practical and quality software.  So if one of our product options doesn't fit your needs, or you have a thought for the website please let us know about your request at support@PlanetBroker.com.  Who knows, it may already be on its way. 

7.  Why do some of the PlanetBroker listings not have a broker/agent assigned to them? 

In some cases the property is for sale by the owner and there is no broker/agent.  Moreover, we partner with different property listing providers and therefore the listing might not have a broker/agent associated with it. We respect copyright laws and therefore do not intend to infringe on an entity's protected content. If you are a realtor and are the rightful owner of a listing on PlanetBroker please let us know by reporting it to support@PlanetBroker.com.

8. What is the Directory?

The Directory is searchable profiles of real estate professionals. To have your company listed in the Directory you'll need to sign up for a Directory account which is free. (Also included for free in the Preferred and Premium packages).
